Returns & Refunds

 

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, the following return and refund policy applies:

  • Opened or used products are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase only, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. No requests will be accepted after 7 days.

  • Refunds or replacements may be offered only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to verification.

  • Any claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear proof (photos and/or videos).

  • For damaged parcels, customers must contact us immediately upon delivery and retain the security flyer, receipt, and order number for verification purposes.

Once the claim is verified, FWOrganics will arrange a replacement or refund at its discretion.
