Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, the following return and refund policy applies:

Opened or used products are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase only, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. No requests will be accepted after 7 days.

Refunds or replacements may be offered only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to verification.

Any claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear proof (photos and/or videos).

For damaged parcels, customers must contact us immediately upon delivery and retain the security flyer, receipt, and order number for verification purposes.
Once the claim is verified, FWOrganics will arrange a replacement or refund at its discretion.
